Engagement Rewards System

How users earn tokens based on platform Heat, NFT price, battle results, and reward multipliers tied to activity.

🔥 1. What Are Engagement Rewards?

Every meme token on Memed.fun generates Heat from activity across:

  • Lens

  • X

  • Instagram

  • YouTube

  • TikTok

  • Reddit

  • Future modular platforms

Heat represents how alive, viral, and active a meme token is. When Heat rises, reward cycles become eligible — and Warrior NFT holders earn tokens.

Engagement Rewards are the payouts given during these cycles.

🏦 2. Total Allocation

Lifetime Reward Supply:

550,000,000 tokens reserved only for Warrior NFT rewards.

Daily Reward Cap:

A token can distribute up to 5,000,000 tokens per 24 hours.

This prevents spam cycles and keeps distribution sustainable.

🛡️ 3. Who Earns?

To earn:

✔ You must own a Warrior NFT of that token ✔ The NFT must exist before the reward cycle starts ✔ Each NFT earns its own reward ✔ More NFTs = more reward streams

Rewards are tied to Heat, price, battles, and ongoing activity.

📈 4. How Heat Triggers Reward Cycles

Heat does NOT pay rewards directly. Heat increases eligibility.

A reward cycle is created when:

  • Heat is active or rising

  • NFTs exist

  • NFT price is valid

  • Daily rewards remain

  • Global rewards remain

  • Reward amount is meaningful

If Heat slows → cycles slow If Heat explodes → cycles accelerate

Heat is the engine of Engage-to-Earn.

🔁 5. Daily Reward Window

Each token has its own 24-hour window.

✔ New day starts automatically

When 24 hours pass, the token’s daily usage resets to zero.

✔ During the day

  • Every cycle subtracts from the 5M cap

  • Multiple cycles are allowed

  • But no more than 5M tokens can be distributed that day

✔ If the daily limit is hit

Heat can be high — but no more cycles until the next reset.

💰 6. How Rewards Are Calculated

Each reward cycle calculates rewards based on:

1. NFT Price

Each NFT earns 20% of its current price.

2. Number of NFTs

Rewards scale to how many exist.

3. Remaining Daily Tokens

The cycle shrinks as the day gets used up.

4. Remaining Global Tokens

Rewards decline as global supply depletes.

5. Heat

High Heat = cycles triggered more often.

6. Battle Performance

Winning increases reward value; losing decreases it.

⚔️ 7. Battle-Based Modifiers

Battles permanently change each NFT’s reward value for all future cycles.

🟩 Winner

When an NFT wins a battle:

  • +20% of its current NFT price

  • +100 tokens added

This increases the NFT’s reward value permanently.

🟥 Loser

When an NFT loses a battle:

  • –100 tokens

Reward value never goes negative.

💀 Zero-Reward Burn Rule

If an NFT’s reward value ever reaches 0, it is:

🔥 Automatically burned.

Instant. Permanent. Irreversible.

The NFT is removed from circulation forever.

This creates a high-stakes loop:

  • Strong NFTs survive and grow

  • Weak NFTs get eliminated

  • Supply decreases

  • Rewards concentrate on winners

  • Scarcity increases

This is a true competitive deflation mechanic.

🎁 8. Claiming Rewards

For each reward cycle:

  • You can claim once per cycle

  • Only NFTs minted before the cycle count

  • Reward depends on each NFT’s individual reward value

  • Buffed NFTs earn more

  • Hurt NFTs earn less

  • Claiming is instant

  • Unclaimed cycles remain visible

Fair, transparent, and skill-influenced.

⚔️ 9. Battle Reward

5% of the Engagement Rewards allocation for the cycle is:

  • Swapped → into the winner’s token

  • Sent to the winning token’s reward pool

⭐ 10. Why This System Works

The system forms a powerful, self-reinforcing loop:

Heat ↑

→ More reward cycles → More token demand → More NFT mints → More burns → More battles → More attention → More Heat → More cycles

All while staying:

✔ Non-inflationary ✔ Daily-capped ✔ Performance-based ✔ Heat-driven ✔ Deflationary
